Bali Local Delivery
We offer same day or next day delivery within Bali via Gojek or Grab.
How It Works
• Orders are delivered by Gojek or Grab courier
• Delivery is scheduled based on availability
• During checkout, customers must enter a valid phone number so the courier can contact them
• At checkout, you will be able to select an available delivery date and time slot
Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the selected time.
Indonesia Domestic Shipping
We ship nationwide within Indonesia using trusted local courier services.
Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
Delivery Options
• Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
• Express Delivery: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier conditions.
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
• Delivery location
• Shipping method selected
• Package size and weight
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Damaged Items During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
To report a damaged item, you must provide:
• Clear photos of the damaged product
• A short video showing the damage
• Your order number or proof of purchase
Once reviewed and approved, you may choose between:
• A replacement item sent to you at no additional cost
• A full refund to your original payment method
Lost or Undelivered Packages
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
• Missing or incorrect phone number
• Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
If a package is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
In rare cases where a shipment is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will work with the courier and the customer to find a fair solution.
