Refund policy

 

At Something From Bali, all orders are carefully checked and packed before shipping.
Because we work with small batch, art-based products, we do not accept returns or refunds due to personal preference or change of mind.

No Returns Without a Valid Reason

We do not accept returns if:

• You simply did not like the product
• You changed your mind after purchase
• The product matches the description and photos on our website

Returns requested without a valid reason will not be approved.

Please review product images, sizes, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Damaged Items Only

Refunds or replacements are only available if your item arrives damaged or broken during delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and provide:

• Clear photos of the damaged item
• A short video clearly showing the damage
• Your order number or proof of purchase

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you may choose between:

• A replacement item sent to you at no additional cost
• A full refund to your original payment method

The choice between replacement or refund is made by the customer.

Requests without photo and video proof cannot be processed.

Exchanges for Bali Customers

If you are located in Bali and do not wish to keep an item, refunds are not available.
However, you may request an in store exchange at our physical shop.

Exchange conditions:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability
• Exchanges are only available in-store
• Shipping exchanges are not offered

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized products
